Yeah, it’s really too bad that his music took such a decline in quality during the past couple of years. This past year he seemed like he was on track to getting back to better quality music like his 90’s work; but his recent single shows that he probably isn’t going to be there anytime soon.

The first George Strait song I remember hearing was ‘Easy Come Easy Go’. I had become a casual country fan in the early 90s – at 10 years old – but the song I most associate with Strait, and the first one I really loved, was ‘I Can Still Make Cheyenne’, which was released when I was about 12 or 13.

Really great discussion idea too.

The beats are quite similar, but I like “Already Gone” more than “Halo”. If you thik about it “Halo” is like part one of the relationship when everything is great and “Already Gone” is then end of it. It does suck for Kelly though, hopefully enough people will hear about this instead of blaming her of stealing from Beyoncé.
